Terms of Service

Prompt Ola is a product of Barnd AI. These terms describe the current service and the terms that will apply when paid access opens. By using Prompt Ola, you agree to use it lawfully and responsibly.

What Prompt Ola provides

Prompt Ola is an AI-powered creative assistant that helps develop and improve prompts, polish writing, develop innovative advertising ideas, and create detailed image and video prompts. It provides AI-assisted drafts and creative directions for you to review and use with the tools or channels you choose.

Prompt Ola is not an advertising agency, managed marketing service, automatic social-engagement service, or guarantee of sales, reach, conversions, approval, or any other business result. It does not independently publish ads, send campaigns, or create a finished image or video outside the service features presented to you.

Accounts and responsible use

Some features may require an account. Keep your sign-in method secure and provide accurate information. Do not use Prompt Ola for unlawful or deceptive content, abusive, fraudulent, harassing, or harmful activity; spam or automated engagement; deceptive impersonation; malware; copyright or trademark infringement; or violation of another person's privacy, publicity, or other rights.

Do not submit sensitive personal information unless you have a lawful reason and permission to do so. You are responsible for reviewing the result and for the instructions, claims, media, and actions you choose to create or take.

AI output, intellectual property, and submitted content

AI-assisted output can be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or unsuitable for a particular use. Check facts, permissions, claims, safety, platform rules, and legal requirements before relying on, publishing, or sharing output. No output is a promise of originality, exclusivity, non-infringement, or a particular result.

You retain rights you already have in material you submit, subject to the rights of others. You must have the permissions needed for text, images, video, audio, trademarks, copyrighted works, personal information, voices, and likenesses you submit or use. You authorize Barnd AI to process submitted material only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service as described in the Privacy Policy.

Image, video, likeness, and Clean use

Do not use Prompt Ola to create deceptive impersonation, non-consensual deepfakes or voice impersonation, unauthorized likeness exploitation, fraudulent identity or media, or infringing content. Do not use Clean to bypass copyright, DRM, watermarks, AI detectors, ownership controls, or provenance systems. Clean is intended for legitimate metadata, privacy, and text hygiene and supported nonessential metadata removal.

Pricing, lifetime access, and future annual plans

Checkout is not currently open. The planned launch offer is US$69 one-time for lifetime access for the first 5,000 completed paid customers. Later founding tiers are US$79 lifetime for customers 5,001–10,000 and US$99 lifetime for customers 10,001–15,000. After the first 15,000 customers, US$79/year is planned for new customers on an annual subscription.

“Lifetime access” means continued access to the Prompt Ola service for the lifetime of the Prompt Ola service, subject to these Terms and reasonable evolution of the service. Barnd AI may add updates, features, systems, models, and tools. Lifetime access does not promise every future feature, premium add-on, unlimited third-party or API consumption, or access to unrelated Barnd AI products. Existing lifetime customers never convert to annual billing.

Prices, features, billing cadence, cancellation route, and final entitlement terms will be shown before payment. Affiliate or partner promotions may offer different discounts; commission arrangements are not customer terms.

Payment provider and buyer terms

If a future order uses Paddle, the order process will be conducted by Paddle.com as the online reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle will handle the order process and payment-related customer service and returns; Barnd AI remains the product-support contact.

Before any checkout is enabled, the buyer must be able to review and accept the applicable Terms of Service and Refund Policy, and will see the final product description, price, currency, billing interval, renewal terms, cancellation route, and support details. No live Paddle checkout, product ID, transaction, or subscription portal is enabled on this staging site.

Refunds, cancellation, availability, and termination

For a lifetime purchase, the refund period is 7 days from transaction completion. This does not limit mandatory consumer rights, Paddle Buyer Terms, or applicable local law. The annual-plan refund policy is reserved for future review and will be published before annual billing opens. See the Refund Policy.

The service may change, be unavailable, or be discontinued. Barnd AI may suspend or terminate access for abuse, security risk, unlawful use, or material breach. We will provide reasonable notice of material service changes where practical.

Privacy and contact

Use of Prompt Ola is also governed by the Privacy Policy and Data Deletion Instructions. Questions, privacy requests, and legal notices may be sent through the contact form. Governing-law and dispute wording remains subject to owner/legal review.
