Data Deletion Instructions

Prompt Ola does not store your prompt content as account history. The only optional saved prompt history is stored in your own browser on your device.

Remove device-only prompt history

  1. Open Prompt Ola in the browser where the history was saved.
  2. Select Clear saved history in the prompt history section.
  3. You may also clear Prompt Ola site data in your browser settings.

Delete an optional Prompt Ola account

  1. Sign in to your Prompt Ola account.
  2. Open the profile menu in the upper-right corner of the account dashboard.
  3. Select Manage account.
  4. Use the account-management controls to delete the account.
What this removes: deleting the account removes the authentication account managed for Prompt Ola. Prompt Ola does not maintain a separate server-side prompt-history database for accounts.

Facebook Login

If you used Facebook Login, you can also remove Prompt Ola from your Facebook connected-app settings. Removing the connection prevents future Facebook sign-in until you authorize it again.

If the self-service deletion controls are unavailable, return to the Prompt Ola sign-in screen and use the account-management flow after signing in. We will keep this page updated if the account-deletion process changes.
