Data Deletion Instructions

Prompt Ola is a product of Barnd AI. Prompt Ola does not provide a public, account-facing prompt-history library. Technical diagnostics are content-free and retained for up to 90 days. Optional conversation-content diagnostics are off by default, retained for up to 30 days only after explicit consent, and can be withdrawn from the account dashboard.

Remove device-only prompt history

1. Open Prompt Ola in the browser where the history was saved.
2. Select Clear saved history in the prompt-history section.
3. You may also clear Prompt Ola site data in your browser settings.

Export or delete account data

1. Sign in to your Prompt Ola account.
2. Open Account / Dashboard and use Privacy and data.
3. Select Export my data to download available account, conversation/recovery, activity, diagnostic, and saved prompt records.
4. Select Delete account/data and confirm. Removable local profile, conversation, activity, diagnostic, history, and attachment data are deleted or anonymized. Billing, security, and legal records that genuinely must be retained are not deleted.

Authentication account

The account dashboard removes Prompt Ola data and signs you out. To delete the separate authentication-provider account itself, use the provider's account controls or ask support for guidance.

Need data help?

If self-service controls are unavailable, use the contact form and choose “Privacy/data request” or “Legal/compliance inquiry.” Do not send passwords, payment details, or private API keys in a support request.
