Privacy Policy

Prompt Ola is a product of Barnd AI. Barnd AI is the business responsible for the service and relevant privacy requests. This policy applies to all Prompt Ola users worldwide using the same GDPR-style baseline protections. Use the contact form for privacy requests. The EU pre-contract information review remains open before paid checkout.

Information we process

• Service content. We process prompts, writing, instructions, and permitted attachments you submit so Prompt Ola can provide a result or recover an interrupted request.
• Account and session information. Signed-in features use authentication and account information such as an email address, account identifier, session state, and security events.
• Device-only history. If you turn on device history, saved prompts and results remain in that browser and device until you clear them.
• Support and privacy requests. We process the contact details and message needed to answer your request, export data, or complete deletion.
• Prelaunch updates. If you join a prelaunch list, we process the email address and optional use-case information you submit so we can send relevant Prompt Ola updates. You can ask us to remove it at any time.

Controller and service providers

Barnd AI is the relevant business/controller for Prompt Ola data where applicable. Current staging configuration uses Clerk for authentication and sends the content needed for a request to OpenAI for model processing only. Prompt Ola uses its staging hosting, application, and database systems to operate the service. Paddle is not active for Prompt Ola; if enabled later, it will process order and billing information as Merchant of Record. We do not list a provider unless it is actually used by the service.

How we use information

We use information to provide and secure Prompt Ola, authenticate accounts, recover requests, prevent abuse, answer support questions, maintain reliability, operate privacy controls, and meet genuine legal obligations. We do not sell prompt content or operate a public prompt-history library.

Diagnostics and retention

• Technical diagnostics: operational identifiers, timestamps, selected skills, policy versions, routing metadata, counts, timings, status/error codes, and similar technical information. Raw customer messages, Ola answers, and retrieved excerpts are not stored in this level. Retention is up to 90 days, followed by deletion or irreversible anonymization.
• Optional conversation-content diagnostics: off by default and never inferred. If you explicitly opt in under Settings → Privacy, selected customer messages, Ola responses, relevant conversation context, and injected reference excerpts may be retained for troubleshooting for a maximum of 30 days. Withdrawal stops future content logging and removes retained content diagnostics; viewing does not extend the limit.

Admin diagnostic display controls what an authorized Admin can see; it does not create consent or enable content retention for customers who have not opted in.

Your choices and rights

From the account dashboard’s Privacy and data controls, you can review diagnostic-content sharing, opt in or out, delete retained diagnostic history, export available data, and delete your account/data. You may also ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection where applicable, or help withdrawing optional consent through the contact form.

Account/data deletion removes or anonymizes removable profile, conversation, activity, diagnostic, saved-prompt, and attachment data. Billing, security, fraud-prevention, and legal records may be retained in restricted form when genuinely required; deletion does not promise that every copy held by an independent provider disappears immediately.

International processing

Service providers may process information outside your country or the EEA. The applicable transfer mechanism and safeguards depend on the provider and processing relationship. Barnd AI must complete and document the provider-specific transfer-safeguard review before paid launch; this review remains open.

Cookies, storage, and optional analytics

Prompt Ola uses essential session, authentication, security, and preference storage where needed. Optional first-party product analytics is off by default and is sent only after you choose “Allow optional analytics”; it is not required to use the tool. No advertising pixels are intentionally loaded by the current staging website. You can clear browser storage through your browser controls.

Changes

We may update this policy as Prompt Ola develops. The current version remains available on this page, and material paid-launch changes will be shown before checkout.
