Prompt Ola's paid subscriptions are not available during the current beta. Before any future payment launch, the applicable payment provider and refund process will be shown at checkout.

Refund eligibility

Refund eligibility and cancellation rights will be shown before checkout and remain subject to applicable consumer-protection law. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Effect of a refund or cancellation

If a refund is approved, access to the applicable paid subscription may end. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewal payments and normally takes effect at the end of the current billing period, subject to the terms shown at checkout and applicable law.
